SACH Couture is an owner-operated ladies’ tailoring and couture studio based in Baner–Mahalunge, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We provide made-to-measure ladies’ tailoring, designer blouse stitching, embroidery, alterations, resizing, fit correction and related consultation and appointment services.

We collect only the information reasonably required to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments and provide requested services.

When you visit the website, Odoo and associated hosting or technical services may automatically process limited technical information, such as:

Withdrawal will not affect processing lawfully carried out before consent was withdrawn. Where certain information is necessary to answer an enquiry, arrange an appointment or complete a requested service, withdrawing consent may mean that we cannot continue that activity.

We may still retain or process limited information where required by law, for legitimate record-keeping or for establishing, exercising or defending a legal claim.

6. Website Enquiries and Appointments

Information submitted through the website form is processed through the Odoo website platform. It may be stored within Odoo and forwarded to or accessed through the SACH Couture email account.

We may use the telephone number, email address or WhatsApp number you provide to answer your enquiry and discuss an appointment or requested service.

Submitting a form does not itself confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after SACH Couture communicates its acceptance and agreed timing.

If you contact us directly through WhatsApp, email, Instagram or another external service, that service may also process the communication according to its own privacy terms.

7. Access to and Sharing of Information

Personal information may be accessed only by the owner and authorised persons assisting SACH Couture who require it to handle enquiries, appointments, services, administration or website operations.

Information may also be processed by service providers that help us operate the business, including:

• Odoo, which provides the website, form and related hosting or business-platform services
• Email providers used to receive and respond to enquiries
• WhatsApp or Meta services when you choose to contact us through those platforms
• Google services used for email or the embedded Google Maps feature
• Website-hosting, security, backup or technical-support providers
• Professional advisers or government authorities where disclosure is reasonably necessary or legally required

These providers may independently collect or process certain technical or account information under their own privacy policies.

We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing.

8. Client Photographs, Reviews and Completed Work

We may photograph garments, embroidery or work in progress for business records, quality reference or portfolio purposes.

We will not intentionally publish a client’s name, identifiable photograph, testimonial, body measurements or other identifying information on the website, Google Business Profile or social media without appropriate permission.

Permission to publish a review or photograph may be withdrawn for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal may not affect material already lawfully published or printed before the request was received, but we will take reasonable steps regarding content under our control.

9. Cookies, Technical Data and External Services

The website is hosted on Odoo and may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for website operation, security, session management and language or preference settings.

The Contact page currently contains an embedded Google Map. Loading or interacting with the map may allow Google to receive information such as your IP address, browser or device information, approximate location and interaction data in accordance with Google’s own privacy practices.

The website also contains links to external services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. When you select one of these links, you leave the SACH Couture website and the external provider’s privacy terms apply.

At the date of this policy, SACH Couture does not intentionally use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or marketing pixels on this website. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies are introduced, this policy and the website’s consent settings will be updated as required.

You may restrict cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect the operation of some website features.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

• Enquiry and appointment information: up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction
• Measurements, fitting notes, garment details and service history: up to 36 months after the last completed service, where useful for repeat services
• Reviews, testimonials and portfolio permissions: until permission is withdrawn or the content is no longer required
• Invoices, transaction and accounting records: for the period required under applicable tax, accounting or other laws
• Technical and security records: for the period reasonably required for website operation, troubleshooting, security and legal compliance

Information may be deleted earlier on request unless continued retention is necessary to complete a service, comply with law, resolve a dispute or protect legal rights.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in provider backups or system logs until they are overwritten or deleted through normal technical processes.
